Hi – dare I say it? I don’t want to jinx this cool fall weather, but I think it’s finally here! Happy Fall! I’m excited to share the latest updates and training workshops from M2C2 Solutions.
Thanks to all of you who answered the survey and provided input about the topics and timing you’d like to see for upcoming workshops! I’ve adjusted the next couple of “morning” meetings, and in 2025, we will have a variety of times and topics to work with everyone’s schedule – even some VIRTUAL offerings!

Shout out to Boozer Eyecare Associates, our featured client of the month! Early this year, Dr. Spencer Boozer asked M2C2 Solutions to do some Team Building and Coaching with his staff. Since then, we’ve done team workshops, one-on-one coaching, developed team working agreements, and worked with staff to create and build a culture of “continuous improvement.”
