What I’m Reading:

I’m diving into The Plan: Manage Your Time Like a Lazy Genius by Kendra Adachi. This book is a game-changer for anyone juggling competing priorities while striving to stay focused and intentional. If time management is on your list of resolutions, this one’s for you!  


Team Tip of the Month:

Start the Year with a Gratitude Roundtable

In your first meeting of the year, encourage each team member to share one thing they appreciated about a colleague’s work in 2024. This exercise builds camaraderie, reinforces positive behaviors, and sets a supportive tone for the year ahead.
