Right now, I’m exciting to be working with the Cullman Electric Cooperative and their inaugural “Leadership Academy.” They are reading The Three Chairs: How Great Leaders Drive Communication, Performance, and Engagement by Karyn Gordon, and I decided to join them!
This book highlights one simple but powerful truth: Where you sit impacts how you lead. We all “sit” in different chairs depending on the day or the situation, but if we control our attitude and mindset, we can find our way to the center chair for better results! If you’re looking for a quick read and practical leadership advice, you’ll love this one. Highly recommend for your summer reading list!
